Shinsuke Sato's Oblivion Island: Haruka and the Magic Mirror has been selected for the Kid'Z section of the 19th Film Festival Open Doek, to be held in Turnhout, Belgium from April 23 to May 2, 2010. The screening at the 19th Open Doek marks the movie's Belgian premiere.

Established in 1992, Open Doek is a major annual festival in Belgium focusing on world cinema that selects artistic films and documentaries gathered from the four corners of the earth and revealing the richness and diversity in this world.
