The Girl from the Other Side French premiere at Clermont-Ferrand 2020

The Girl from the Other Side short film, directed by Yutaro Kubo and Satomi Maiya, will be having its French premiere at the 42nd Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival, to be held in Clermont-Ferrand from January 31 to February 8, 2020. The short film has been selected for the Young Audience Competition, and the screening at the festival marks its French premiere.

Started in 1979, the Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival is the world's largest film festival dedicated to short films. With over 160,000 attendees and 3,500 professionals, it is the second largest film festival in France after Cannes, and it is often referred to as "the Cannes of short films". The festival is at the heart of many activities and missions conducted all year long by the collective Sauve qui peut le court métrage. The Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival is an Oscar qualifying film festival.
